This Fair Usage Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms and Conditions of the Life Rishi mobile application (“Service”) operated by Human Edge Pvt. Ltd. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure a fair, reliable, and consistent experience for all users of the Service, especially with regard to our Artificial Intelligence–based chat system.

Purpose

The AI-powered chat is designed to provide personalized insights, guidance, and responses. To maintain service quality and prevent misuse, fair usage limits are applied.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service in ways that could be considered abusive or unfair, including but not limited to:

  • Spamming the AI chat by sending repeated, irrelevant, or automated messages.
  • Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to generate excessive queries.
  • Intentionally overloading the system with high-frequency requests.
  • Misusing AI responses to create or distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, bypass, or manipulate the AI system.

Usage Limits

  • The Service may impose daily or monthly query limits per user account to ensure fair allocation of resources.
  • If your usage exceeds what is reasonably expected of an individual user, we may temporarily restrict or suspend your access to the AI chat.
  • Premium subscribers may have higher usage thresholds but must still comply with this Policy.

Enforcement

  • Violations of this Policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at the sole discretion of Human Edge Pvt. Ltd.
  • We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and take appropriate action to protect the integrity of the Service.

Changes

We may revise this Fair Usage Policy from time to time. Updates will be published within the app, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
